Offering free web sites and Internet project support
SCWID is a scheme for providing support to community groups and voluntary organisations in Darlington to help them use the World Wide Web and the Internet.
SCWID is operated by Coadjutor Web Design, a Darlington based web design and Internet publishing company with over 5 years experience of helping commercial clients to benefit from using the web and the Internet generally.
Similar schemes have been operated in the past under previous names of both the scheme and the company that operates it. The SCWID scheme has been updated to reflect the current needs of non-commercial organisations and the changing ways in which the Internet works.
A number of organisations in the Darlington area have already benefited from the support provided by SCWID *. Here is an example of a web site we have produced under the scheme.
